Wanna know what phrases sound boring and lame?
Content marketing, search engine optimization, Google analytics, keywords, pay-per-click, and conversion optimization.
Wanna know what phrase sounds warm and welcoming?
I learned this from Joel Hooks, who says the phrase “digital garden” is a metaphor for thinking about writing and creating that focuses less on the resulting “showpiece” and more on the process, care, and craft it takes to get there.
Less: “How can I optimize this blog post to fit my ideal client avatar and rank high on SEO so it goes viral?”
More: “What idea is worth sharing?”
So that’s exactly what you’ll find in my digital garden: ideas I think are worth sharing.
And since people learn best through reading, listening, watching, or a combination of all three ⏤ I wanted to have something for everybody.
All that’s left for you to do is explore your options below and pick whichever crop looks ripe.
In the meantime, I’ll be planting seeds, pulling weeds, and harvesting when the time is right.
